• Used, worn, washed, or altered items
• Custom or made-to-order items

Return Shipping & Refunds
For eligible returns within the United States, PRL Apparel can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
A flat return label fee of $7.99 per return shipment will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid return label provided by PRL Apparel is used.
Customers may also choose to use their own shipping method at their own expense. In such cases, no return label fee will be deducted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items independently.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Store credit may be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and small production runs, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item within the 14-day return window.
Non-Compliant Returns
Items that show signs of wear, have missing tags or hygiene liners, or carry strong odors will not be accepted.
