Do Not Tumble Dry - Heat can damage stretch fibers. Lay flat or hang to air dry in the shade.

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean - High heat and dry-cleaning solvents may damage synthetic swim fabrics.

Metal Hardware Care - To maintain the appearance of metal hardware, rinse with fresh water after each use and dry completely. Avoid contact with salt water, chlorine, lotions, sunscreen, and harsh chemicals, as these may cause tarnishing over time.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within the same 14-day return window. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In original condition
• With all tags and hygiene liners intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Swimwear with missing or removed hygiene liners and tags.
• Used, worn, washed, or altered items
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items

Return Shipping & Refunds

For eligible returns within the United States, PRL Apparel can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

A flat return label fee of $7.99 per return shipment will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid return label provided by PRL Apparel is used.

Customers may also choose to use their own shipping method at their own expense. In such cases, no return label fee will be deducted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items independently.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Store credit may be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and small production runs, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item within the 14-day return window.

Non-Compliant Returns

Items that show signs of wear, have missing tags or hygiene liners, or carry strong odors will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
