Return Window & Eligibility
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, go to your Account and contact customer care within the 14‑day window. You’ll receive instructions (and a Return Authorisation number if required) before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times will depend on your banking institution
• Certain products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear without hygiene liners, customised items, and heavily discounted or “final sale” items) are not returnable.
Return Shipping & Refunds
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) or provide a store credit.
Company internal processing times 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form payment, store credits are issued as gift vouchers.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within the 14‑day return window with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after the 14‑day window are not eligible.
Non‑Compliant Returns
Items that do not meet our return requirements (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags and hygiene labels, strong odours) will not be accepted. In that case, we will return the item to you at your expense. Rejected items will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges
We make each collection in very small runs and our inventory is limited, we cannot process exchanges. If you need a different size or want a different item, please place a new order and return your original purchase within the 14‑day return window. This approach ensures that the item you want will still be available and lets us handle your return as quickly as possible.
